Bella: Koľko máš rokov?  

Edward: Sedemnásť.                                                                                                                              

Bella: Ako dlho máš sedemnásť                                                                                                        

Edward: Už nejakú dobu.                                                                                                                   

Bella: How old are you? 
Edward: Seventeen.                                                                                                                             

Bella: How long have you been seventeen?                                                                                   

Edward: ... a while

 Bella: Povieš mi, ako si zastavil tú  dodávku?                                                                                 

Edward: Hej.... Mal som nával adrenalínu môžes si to vygogliť.                                                

Bella: Are you gonna tell me how you stopped the van?                                                         

 Edward: Yeah. I had an adrenaline rush. They're very common. You can Google it.

Edward : Bojíš sa?                                                                                                                                 

Bella: Bojím sa že ťa stratím.                                                                                                                

Edward: Are you afraid?                                                                                                                  

Isabella: I'm only afraid of losing you.

Bella:  Viem kto si. Si neuveriteľne ríchly. A silný. Tvoja pokožka je bledá a ľadovo studená.                                                                                                                                                     

Bella: I know what you are. You're impossibly fast. And strong. Your skin is pale white and ice-cold

Bella: Nebojím sa ťa.                                                                                                                    

Edward: To si radšej nemala hovoriť.                                                                                                 

Bella: I'm not scared of you.                                                                                                                

Edward: You really shouldn't have said that.

James: Si sám, lebo si rýchlejší ako ostatný.....ale nie silnejší.                                          

Edward:  Som dosť silný na to aby som ťa zabil.                                                                             

James: You're alone because you are faster than the others...but not stronger.             

Edward: I am strong enough to kill you. 

Edward: Nie som tá nejnebezpečnejšia vec vonku.                                                                           

Edward:  I'm not the most dangerous thing out there.

James: Hmmm, priniesol si nám občerstvenie.                                                  

James: Hmmm, you've brought a snack.

Edward: Čo ak niesom hrdina? Čo ak som ,,ten zlý"?                                         

Edward: What if I´m not the hero? What if I´m the bad guy?
